How Saraki's Wife Caused Commotion At EFCC Headquaters This Morning

Toyin Saraki, the wife of Nigeria's troubled Senate president, Bukola Saraki, created upheaval at the home office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) toward the
beginning of today.

Mrs Saraki touched base at the premises of the counter corruption agency around two hours late for her arrangement, with an uncontrollable group, including lawmakers and supporters.

Authorities of the EFCC were allegedly overpowered by Mrs Saraki's gigantic escort.

As per an EFCC source who addresses Sahara Reporters, the group constrained their way into the workplaces of the EFCC's Director of Operations, blaming the agency for inclination.

Some different sympathizers remained outside the entryways, making a scene that appeared to be ascertained to shake EFCC specialists.

A senior specialists at the EFCC said the agency had produced strong proof of union against the Senate president's wife as were not pestered by her company.

A week ago, Mrs. Saraki had been summoned by the EFCC for addressing, to clarify the inflow of trusts into organizations where she had intrigues when her spouse was the legislative leader of Kwara state.

Responding to the EFCC's welcome, Toyin Saraki, said she will respect the welcome. As indicated by her, she was prepared to help the commission with its request over corruption affirmations leveled against her.

One EFCC source uncovered that the agency started to research Mrs. Saraki in view of an appeal submitted to the commission by the Kwara state section of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
